If you answer ‘YES’ to any of the listed questions in the Health Commitment Statement, then please contact me with details of these issues prior to your session. If your answers to these questions change in the future, please inform me prior to exercising.

All participants take part at their own risk, work within the limits of their body and use the modifications offered, where necessary, to find a level that is suitable for them.

The Pilates programme will be taught with various levels of difficulty, depending on your fitness level. Pilates sessions may be stopped because of signs of fatigue or strain. It is important that you realise you may stop when you wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort.

There exists the possibility of certain dangers when exercising. These include abnormal blood pressure, irregular, fast or slow heart rhythm and in rare instances, heart attack, stroke or death. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Efforts will be made to minimise the risk by evaluation of preliminary information provided relating to your health.

CANCELLATIONS.

Cancellation of a virtual booking can be made up to 3 hours before the event starts. If an event was booked via a class pass, the class pass will be returned to the customer on cancellation. Late Cancellations – Any cancellations made after this time (within 3 hours of the class starting) will not be credited back to your account or refunded.

Regrettably, block book face-to =-face sessions cannot be refunded.

DOOR POLICY.

Please try to arrive early for your class. All classes start on time and the first 10 – 15 minutes of your session are your warm up, so it is important that you do not miss this.
